Description: Accountable for responding to, investing and resolving inquiries regarding the suite of Consumer Driven Healthcare (CDH) products offered by Horizon. Handle the reconciliation of the member accounts for group administration (enrollment, contributions, or updates), while educating members and clients on benefits and referral protocol. - Respond to questions from members and groups regarding benefits, enrollment, correspondence, contributions and claims processing. - Mentor and Coach CDH Account Consultants. - Effectively communicate information and listen actively to all employees and customers in an effort to provide exceptional internal and external service. - Resolve the most complex problems by researching and identifying issues. - Act as a liaison between Horizon, group administrators and CDH-related vendors and production support. (May attend site visits with Sales and Broker community), as well as the department and CDH-related vendors for management of required CDH file interfaces. - Track and Trend and reporting. - Coordinate administrative claims appeals on behalf of members by interacting with medical, financial and case management personnel to provide information and resolve administrative and systematic issues.
Qualifications: Education/Experience: - Bachelor's degree preferred. - 5 years of customer service, preferably in Direct Access and PPO. Knowledge: - HSA, HRA, and FSA products preferred. Skills and Abilities: - Strong communication skills. - Strong interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical skills. - End to End Resolution skills. - Advanced PC Skills (MS Office Suite).
