Responsibilities: • Provides complex analytical support through the analysis and interpretation of data in support of cross-functional HR business operations. • Creates annual operating plans, capital budgets and forecasts; builds business cases for new initiatives. • Develops, prepares and analyzes complex monthly and quarterly reports for management review. • Defines complex business requirements and provides analysis toward operational efficiency. • Analyzes actual results against plan and forecast; recommends interventions where appropriate. • Identifies opportunities for improvement in operational performance; notifies management of issues and problems requiring immediate attention. • Works cross-functionally to analyze, design and develop business solutions and tools for the HR operations. • Gives analytical support for multiple, complex projects simultaneously across HR operations; establishes work plans and timelines. • Coordinates with internal and external sources. • Makes presentations to various levels of management.
Qualifications: Requirements: • Bachelor's with 5+ years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Ability to identify, analyze and resolve complex cross-functional problems specific to business operations statistical analysis methodology. • Advanced knowledge of and ability to perform analyses, such as GAP analysis, process mapping, root-cause analysis, risk analysis and requirements gathering. • Excellent communication, presentation and project management skills. • Strong collaborative and analytical focus. • Demonstrated project management skills. • Advanced knowledge of automated systems in a production or operations environment. • Experience with PeopleSoft HRMS, Human Resources, HR Call Center, Shared Service and Customer Relation Management preferred.
